Unfortunately I was in Dallas and unable to attend. This was one time I simply wished I WAS at home, because I knew this may be a classic Cleveland gathering. DJ E-V has come long in a relatively short amount of energy. But it hasn't been easy - there's been a lot operate put into building his brand, which is actually a credit to his relentless work ethic and savvy business acumen. And today, he releases the official 1st single to his highly anticipated "BIFC" part 3 (B*tch I'm From Cleveland) mixtape television series. The single is entitled "Ratchet" and has Cleveland rappers MGK, Ray Jr., Dub-O, Tezo, you can utilize the social networks more when compared to major labels do. You could also create awareness and viral marketing and make your fan base and be up close and personal with your fans. You have to someone from the label telling you what you can and can't do and stopping you from doing what your gut says. Think it's a trade off but to my opinion I would prefer be capable to creatively control my stuff and are out after i want also to who I must get versus eachother to. I'll save radio for another time maybe. Jeff - There is tons of talent from Ohio especially actors and actresses. There are lots of talented individuals in Ohio. There is just there is certainly not else to attempt to do. I mean you watch TV all the time and you listen for the radio; you're drinking using your friends. That's about all there will be always to do in Ohio. Just the beach and it is not necessary all these clubs, all of this crazy stuff to do like you need to out the east coast or the west coast. So i think people just kind of dream about being famous and living the dream as a singer or maybe actor. Zane: Yeah we have another festival in Ny I look at.
